DCCI President Taskeen Ahmed is the Vice Chairman of IFAD Group, one of the largest and renowned conglomerates in Bangladesh, with operations across various industries, including automotive, food processing, and consumer goods.

Taskeen Ahmed joined his family business in 1999. Over the course of his 25-year career, he has led several business units within the Group. In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Taskeen Ahmed has made significant contributions to Bangladesh’s business community.

He has also served as President of the India-Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce & Industry (IBCCI) and as Senior Vice President of the Bangladesh Automobile Assemblers and Manufacturers Association (BAAMA). His substantial contributions in these positions have helped strengthen economic partnerships within the regional business landscape and advance the interests of Bangladeshi businesses on the international stage.
